The room was okay, as was the bed and the breakfast. Plenty of parking. The place is over due for a refresh. A lot of pink and brown paints and carpets going on. Hallways smelled of deodorizer the day we walked in (maybe carpets had just been cleaned?).

Decent place to stay overnight on a road trip. Some things were a little old - carpet could use a good shampooing and the shower/tub was meh but otherwise nice and convenient location for passing thru.

The location of the property was great in that it was a short distance from downtown and easy on and off access to the highway. It had ample parking and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was a nice addition and had a nice selection. The room was clean but it needs some attention as the tub and tile areas were old and worn. The room was a non-smoking room but smelled of stale smoke. For the price it was ok. Didnt get to use the hot tub as it was not very clean.

The hotel was what was expected, clean taken care of. Problem had is when we arrived at 2:50 pm after a 8 hrs drive, we were that we couldn't get in unless I paid $25.00. What the hell is that all about? The place had very few customers we had to use the bathroom and they said wait 10 minutes or pay him $25.00. You lost my business and many others that come to WW.

Beds and pillows were comfy. Air conditioner was a little loud but not bad. Breakfast had lots of options, something for everyone also had gluten-free. Hot tub and pool were clean and the perfect temperature. No elevator so if that is an issue then make sure to let them know at booking. Great location for walking downtown to the tasting rooms.

Quiet even though near highway. Plenty of parking even for bigger vehicles. Dated property needing updating and door and trim repair. Sticky floor, even carpet--probably from cleaning. First impressions set the tone. Front desk was efficient but not welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Got a workout hauling luggage up and down a flight of stairs. Didn't need to use the exercise room. Breakfast was decent. The coffee maker in the room wasn't working for some reason. In the morning, the sprinkler system did a great job soaking the lawn, the stairs and running off onto the parking lot puddling in some areas. This should be attended to.

Had the suite for an extended stay. It was clean and very nice surprise how spacious it was. The only bad thing I can say about the stay was that there was an unexpected "deposit" that hit the morning of my check-in. It seems to have come from a 3rd party booking but there was no mention of it on either the hotels website or the booking site. The staff did a good job at explaining it but no reason as to why it was charged. Other than that Great place to stay in Walla Walla. The breakfast was your typical "free" offerings so if looking for something special find something in town.

Staff was helpful for early checkin, etc. breakfast a little lacking, but wasn’t very busy. No elevator so called two days before requesting lobby level room, and was changed for me. I can no longer do stairs carrying luggage or any weight. Room was perfect.
