"Our stay at the Chatham-Kent duplex, managed by Tyler, was a fantastic find. A great location steps away from King Street and the entertainment, restaurant district. The accommodations are sleek, clean and modern. Very comfortable for a couples weekend away. No complaints at all! Tyler was very responsive with instructions and on the fly email question and answer sessions. The new deck at the back door has potential. The deck and back yard has potential that is not fully realized yet. Free surface lot parking close by, just one building to the south. Be reminded that the upper floor is occupied so everyday sounds (footsteps, talking and a rush of water in the pipes when the bathroom is being used) happen. Totally not a problem with us during our stay. We are the guests, you know. I would higher my recommend this VRBO property. Tyler was awesome to work with and you can’t beat the price, accommodations and location. 10 out of 10!"

Property was wonderful,everything as advertised and more.The grounds were beautiful for watching sunset from around the fireplace.Wildlife and sporting equipment to use.Residence was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need.Not a thing forgotten.Instructions for use were well done.Can’t ask for anything better.Host was most helpful and prompt with replies.Seriously thinking of renting again for sure!!!"
