"Excellent stay, hotel was busy but room was very quiet. Had a great two nights sleep. Breakfast was busy but we did go down in the last hour and we were told it was the busiest time. Staff very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend. "

"Comfy bed. Pleasant and helpful staff. Gutted didn’t get to go in thermal suite as it was fully booked but other than that the stay was lovely. Had some birthday chocolates with a message from the team as it was a stay for my birthday so that was a nice touch. 10 mins in taxi or 25-30 min walk to central Liverpool. Would definitely stay again. "
