"Excellent check-in. Person at the front desk, (I think his name was Brad) was friendly, helpful, and professional. He took care of all our needs. The room was clean, well stocked and bathrooms pristine. Totally loved the vibe and will definitely recommend to friends. "

"Property was very clean and tidy. The only issue we had was reception wasn’t “obvious”. It looked like students sat at a table, there was no signage stating it was reception or check in so we stood there for a while. Finally worked it out, got checked in. Member of staff wasn’t very helpful with regards to the lift etc. other than that it was good and the breakfast was beautiful"
