Despite having booked a double room, check in staff helpfully reallocated us a twin accessible room on the ground floor as I’m currently on crutches. We were provided with tea and coffee making products and there was cutlery and a table and chairs to eat in the room, if necessary.
The breakfast was nice and the host was friendly and kind.
