"Friendly team members. Delicious breakfast. Ffolkes breakfast tastes delicious and is generous. I also enjoyed the dinner there and there are many choices because menu changes everyday. Room is spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient for visiting nearby tourist sites. "

"We had a lovely stay, a tiny point was our window didnt open, although luckily we were supplied with a fan. A minor point though. The hotel was so central , we had a great break. "

"Really enjoyable stay, staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Outside setting was lovely despite the grey weather, would probably be awesome on a sunny afternoon/evening. Ate in the restaurant and the food was very good and portion sizes huge. Great selection of drinks in the bar. Stayed in a double room with river view on the top floor. Room was very clean, bathroom and shower were great and the bed was super comfy, had a great nights sleep. Overall very enjoyable stay, would happily go back. "

"Lovely Victorian/Edwardian hotel. We had a very spacious sunlight filled room on the third floor (no lift). Shower open ended without door or curtain 😕 and water ended up all over the bathroom… Breakfast was full English cooked to order with array of fruits and cold options. Would stay again."
