Wonderful hotel with spectacular breakfast.

Beautiful lakeside boutique hotel in Queenstown made our last two days in NZ during the panademic outbreak manageable. The views from our room and the lounge were so beautiful. Customer service exceeded our expectations.

This hotel sits quite a ways outside Queenstown so a car is necessary. But it is peaceful and has a lovely setting.

I was very impressed with Highview Apartments. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they gave us a tour of our room, the gym, laundry facilities, and helped us schedule a cab to the airport for our last day - and the rooms were just what we needed, perfect amount of space. (the bathroom floors were even heated!) The wifi worked great. The apartments had beautiful views of the lake and the mountains, and were a mere 10-15 minute walk from Queenstown. I highly recommend them.

Location is great, great and great. I enjoyed tracks as far as to Queenstown centre, had light lunch and took bus #1 back to the hotel, just 50 feet walking. Also benefit by taking other bus routes to explore the beauty of QT. Most of all, I must to tell, the library just cross block. Fantastic books and magazine collection. I would want to come back in winter time and to stay here again.

Had a beautiful view of the Remarkables. The internet connection was fast. I was able to have a Zoom meeting with no issues. Parking is a bit limited, so you need to get there earlier in the day or have to pay for parking at a nearby lot.

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was always spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. One of our kids' favourite parts was having breakfast by the window each morning while enjoying the stunning views . It was the perfect way to start the day. We had an unplanned late arrival. I contacted the property and spoke with Charlotte who kindly made arrangements for us to access our room when we arrived. The room was very pleasant and we were very comfortable. The location that is easily walkable to the city center is great.

The hotel was charming & there were so many thoughtful touches, like welcoming complimentary cheese platter, wine and afternoon cookies. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend

Beautiful views of Lake Wakatipu

We stayed for three nights on a skiing holiday as a winter break. The accommodation was very warm and spacious. The location is out of town but there is a shuttle which we appreciated.

Staff was helpful. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Clearly organized, and meticulous attention to detail. I needed an extra pillow and management was quick to respond. Lovely environment, although outdoor furniture in our room could be easily improved. Loved the small town and downtown area. Good place to stay if you want to be near the airport!

The Hulbert House is the best place I have ever stayed. The property itself is gorgeous and its location perfect. But what made this place so special was the staff. My friend and I had just come off a Viking cruise, where half the staff and passengers, including us, became sick with a respiratory illness. Our stay at Stoneridge was just amazing. We were greeted with cheese platter and wine which was really nice as we were hungry. :) We stayed at the Arrow suite which has a lap pool right in front. I found this hotel completely by chance on Expedia. It was my absolute favorite hotel of the entire trip. You get a complimentary bottle of fresh, local milk at check-in. The rooms are extremely tastefully designed and modern. There are no TVs in the rooms, but it encourages you to explore what else the Sherwood has to offer. The restaurant and bar was some of the best I experienced. They grow their produce on site and make almost everything from scratch. You can even take yoga classes there...
