"There were numerous things that were misleading about this property on booking. The major issue being the 4th double bedroom was downstairs in the garage. Exposed to the cold, far away from others in the house and we were unable to use it as a bedroom which made sleeping arrangements difficult as a party of 8 (2 families). Another inconvenience for our travels was the washing machine was not working. When we called Bachcare they said they knew about this and therefore had not listed a washing...

"Small but comfortable and welcoming. Parkingwas a bit tricky on the hill but the apartment was modern and well kept. We thank you very much for the well appointed kitchenette and use of the washing machine."

"The house was freezing when we checked in therefore cold for the rest of the night and stay because of insufficient heating and poor condition of the house. The main bedroom door doesn’t shut therefore you have to push a suitcase against it to stop it from opening The condition of the house is extremely poor. "There were no shampoo. Property was in great location. Seamless entry and exit"

"Front entrance & mat hadn't been cleaned for some time. Outside rubbish bins full & mixed up Vacuum Cleaner full & required emptying before use. Cutlery basket in dishwasher handle broken. Soap racks would not stick to shower wall"

"Great location however it was the only bonus. Cleanliness just hit the par, appliances also just hit the par. However couches and overall decor was sub par with big tears in them. Bathroom facilities were also underwhelming, shower not suitable for taller people. As said, location is one of the only things going for it aside from parking. As a bookabach owner myself, don’t like to leave a negative review, nevertheless this left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall very disappointing for the money...
