"I’ve booked this place a few times during my stay in Queenstown. Apartment is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. My room had a big smart TV on an adjustable arm which is a bonus. I love the location, everything is a few minutes drive away."
"Great hotel & well-priced. Very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean.
If you stay here, be prepared to negotiate your way up & down a pretty steep hill when walking to & from central Queenstown. Not suitable for those with mobility challenges.
The Coco Cabana serves a delicious coco oat bowl for breakfast. However, it closes at 8:30pm & there is no room service after this time."
"It was a great stay. Being on a central location made the walk to the waterfront very accessible. Great amenities, a room full of board games, coffee machines and wonderful views from the deck!"
"We were happy to be upgraded to a suite. The amenities were great and we even had in suite laundry. Beds were comfortable and view excellent l.
The communication was not always the best. Responded to a message asking how things were and made requests. No response. Stopped at front desk as bathroom sink was slow draining. Said they would get some one to look at that day. Did not notice any change upon returning to the room."
"Our stay at Kamana Lakehouse was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, beautiful atmosphere and exceptional hospitality.
What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their kindness and attention to detail made us feel so well looked after. They really went above and beyond to make our experience...
"Have stayed at this hotel quite a few years ago and remember liking the peaceful location.
It’s a pleasant 20-25 minute walk along the lake into Queenstown township, which means it’s close enough to be comfortable and far away enough to be quiet. Just bear in mind the last 10 minutes of the walk back to the hotel are extremely steep. However, this works wonders in walking off your dinner on the way home.
The lake view rooms with balcony are especially nice and relaxing.
Only issue we...
"Breakfast was nice and staffs were very friendly.
Not impressed with house keeping service. For family of 4, they were leaving only 2 fresh towels . Everyday they were only refilling sugar only and no coffee sachets..
Location is good. I believe that parking should be included in package."
"Me and my family stayed 2nights here,im disappointed because they dont have a free mineral water bottle to drink in the room in which it is a 5star hotel, ask the reception and said if we have empty bottle we can refill or ask water from the bar,my gosh!and here comes the night,im awaken by the snoring of the other room(we stayed in room#236),very loud snor,i told the recep but no action, but aside from that, staff of the hotel is very hospitable, friendly and food is good, atleast me and my family...
"Liked the cleanliness and cheerful staff. Very environmentally friendly with a great view and not too many levels! Good bar. Poor room amenities and flooring drab and dirty in lobby/corridor areas. No information file. Television very difficult to pair with my Netflix"
