"The property itself was just as cozy as listed but the photos, which showed such beautiful settings did not give justice to just how amazing the scenery really was. Absolutely stunning and peaceful location. Rosie and Joe were incredible with their communication and were right on top of a minor issue that occurred with the kitchen sink. All rentals should be this perfect !!!! Thanks again for the carrot cake and sticky buns Joe.. You're the best !!!!"

"The property was great. The dirt roads to get in had a few potholes and dips, but overall fine. There were no instructions for the tv or the a/c unit. While the manager was quick to respond to our text, she didnt really know how to run the a/c either. There were no extra trash bags left other than the one already in the kitchen trash can. "We booked this cottage to stay while I was in town for a wedding for the weekend. The owner came out to greet me upon arrival and explain where to park my car. "This is exactly what my family needed to recharge our batteries after longs days at the Dreams Park fields. The screened in porch was our favorite spot for morning and evening drinks. The futon couch was exactly what my mini MLB player needed to also recharge from peopling. It’s close to many attractions, yet feels secluded to pretend the world doesn’t exist. "We had a great time at Debra’s place. They were extremely helpful and communicative. The place was the perfect size for our group. Their pups were an extra plus to the weekend. We definitely want to come back and explore the area in warmer weather!"

"My family and I stayed in Cottage #2 for the weekend while our daughter graduated from Oneonta. It was under 20-minutes to get to Oneonta, and the ride was unbelievably picturesque. The cottage was super clean, well-stocked, and had a great porch attached to the cottage. Check-in was easy, and we took advantage of the firepit at night. We had a great weekend!"

"Outstanding giant cabin, perfect for a large group. Plenty of sleeping rooms, relaxing and common areas, outdoor space. All the amenities that were supposed to work, did. Pretty much anything you could possibly want, was somewhere in the house. The decor was eclectic, hunter, traveller, collector. I picked my room based on a little statue in it. Nice touch faux-family pics. We had a great trip, and would absolutely recommend the property, and go back. "
