Unwind in your exclusive Wanaka escape! Our stylish, eco-conscious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a truly unique stay, blending modern design with rustic charm from up-cycled family farm wood. Though compact, it provides surprising space and comfort for up to 6 guests.



Thoughtful Eco-Design & Ultimate Comfort: Built with the environment in mind, "The Oasis" features SIP panels, double-glazed windows, and luxurious underfloor heating on polished concrete floors, ensuring an exceptionally comfortable stay for the eco-conscious traveler. We've maximized recycled and re-used materials throughout and kindly ask guests to help us in our sustainability efforts by reducing, reusing, and recycling.

Upstairs Retreat & Master Suite:

Mezzanine level offering stunning lake and mountain views, a dedicated desk for remote work, and a sofa bed for additional guests (eye mask recommended for light sleepers!).

Master bedroom: Serene queen-size bed fitted with luxury hotel standard linen, a memory foam mattress, ample wardrobe space, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, heated towel rail, and underfloor heating.

Family-Friendly Features: We understand family travel! Our home is well-equipped with toys, a clip-on high chair, and a large porta cot (no extra cost). A stair gate ensures peace of mind for families with young children.



Guest access (Optimized)

Enjoy private off-street parking for up to two vehicles directly at our home. Please note, due to shared driveway access with permanent residents, only two cars are permitted on-site; additional vehicles should use street parking. We kindly ask guests to be respectful with all neighbors.

Getting Around:

7-min walk to town (shops, bars, restaurants) or explore the mountain bike park & disc golf course directly across the road. Local bus stop into town is 10- min walk from house.



Other Things to Note:

Our home comfortably accommodates 4 guests but can sleep a maximum of 6. While designed to be compact (80sqm), the clever architectural layout by Condon Scott ensures a surprisingly spacious and comfortable experience. Welcome to your "smaller space eco living" adventure in Wanaka!



Guest Verification & Damage Protection

To protect our property and maintain community standards, we partner with an approved software partner. After booking, you will receive a secure link to our Guest Boarding Pass to complete a standard verification and choose your preferred damage protection option:

1. Refundable Security Deposit: A temporary $500.00 authorization hold placed on your card 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after checkout, pending no damage.

2. Non-Refundable Damage Waiver: A one-time waiver fee of $55.00 that waives your liability for accidental damage up to $500.00
