"Very good in general. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with indications due to my late arrival and also where to park, provide me with refreshment drink. Breakfast was modest. I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. "We found a lot of dust, and some bits of trash. The location was perfect, right across the river from Melk, and there is a free parking lot. The biggest thing was that we chose it because the website said there was air conditioning, and there is NOT air conditioning. The staff was nice, and the breakfast was pretty good. The room had a nice, big bathtub, which made us happy."

Room as expected and due to high temperatures (>95°F), they had a cooling fan as well explained how to use the awnings to aid in cooling. Can't acknowledge that the staff was superb and attentive. Worth a visit"

"A very nice little hotel. We arrived late after the reception was closed and they left us instructions on how to get our room keys. The rooms are new and beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. We ate outside by the river, which was nice. Parking right on site and plenty of spots. Overall, we had a very good night at the hotel."
