Ferienwohnung Nordseenähe

Ferienwohnung sehr sauber. Sitzmöbel in Küche/Wohnzimmer leider unbequem für längere Fernsehabende. Ca. 6km bis zum nächsten Strand. Kurtaxe nicht im Reisepreis enthalten, da Wohnung nicht im Kurgebiet! Muss in der Beschreibung geändert werden!!

Es in der Reisebestätigung : IM MIETPREIS ENTHALTEN: Kurtaxe und Endreinigung !!! Die Kurtaxe ist NICHT enthalten, trotz Endreinigung enthalten wird vom Vermieter das abziehen der Bettwäsche und das durchsaugen der Wohnung erwartet. !!! Diese Punkte müssen rausgenommen werden !!!!!!!!

Schöne Urlaunbszeit

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war ruhig und zum Erholen gab es ausserdem noch eine überdachte Terrasse. Wir würden sie immer wieder empfehlen. Eigentümer wohnen mit im Haus und sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Nette Vermieter und eine saubere gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Schöne Aussicht aus dem Fenster in der Wohnküche und Schlafzimmer. Für eine Familie mit max. 2 Kindern ok. Zu den Touristischen Zielen liegt die Unterkunft ideal.

Kaum Privatsphäre für Urlauber

Man teilt sich mit den Verm. den Eingang zum Haus, zur Terrasse und zum Garten. Die Vermieter gaben uns das Gefühl, dass wir ihre Privatsphäre stören. Wir fühlten uns permanent gegängelt, da die Verm. sehr streng sind und uns genau beobachteten. Wir sollten leise machen, Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Raucher sind auch auf Terrasse nicht erwünscht. Nach Sonnenuntergang sollten wir die Terrasse nicht mehr nutzen. Für aufgeweckte, freiheitsliebende Familien nicht zu empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung auf dem Land.

Wir waren eine kappe Woche im Oktober dort. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage. Sie ist klein, aber gemütlich eingerichtet .Die Küchenzeile ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmäßig. Wohnzimmer ist gleichzeitig auch Küche. In einem Raum. Man sitzt gemütlich in Sesseln u. Sofa. Im Obergeschoss ist für zwei Kinder Platz. Eine kleine Treppe führt hinauf . Das Elternschlafzimmer ist okay, , allerdings die Matratzen gehen gar nicht! 12-15cm hoch. Leider bekamen wir beide starke Rückenschmerzen. Absoluter Minus Punkt! Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, die Dusche o. Toilettenspülung war vom Nachbarn zu hören. Die Lage der Wohn. ist ehr schlecht, ziemlich weit außerhalb. Fazit: Ehr nicht noch einmal, obwohl die Vermieterin sehr nett war.

Nette Wohnung im ersten OG

Die Rosenbooms sind nette Vermieter, die flexibel und hilfsbereit sind. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, hell, ruhig und sauber. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind eins, man frühstückt und sitzt an dem Tisch, wo man abends Fernsehen schaut. Leider hat die Wohnung keinen Balkon. Wir können diese Wohnung empfehlen und würden wieder dort Urlaub machen.
