    **BEFORE YOU BOOK**
    - This property is an older design.
    - Kitchen cabinetwork is a classic 1950's design. It may be difficult to open at times, please ensure care is taken.
    - Back bathroom showerhead is unrestricted, meaning flow is faster than that of the front bathroom, which is gravity fed. Water will still siphon from this showerhead for a few minutes after turning it off. Please do not turn taps off too tightly.

    This basic holiday house could be just what your family needs.... Located in old town Robe close to shops and safe swimming front beach.

    Ride your bikes EVERYWHERE.

    No need to use your car while you are staying here.

    Situated on a large block, there is an enclosed yard area to the back so your four legged family members can come along too.

    It is the dog owners responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard premises, Robe Holiday rentals can not guarantee fencing will be suitable match with your pet.

    NO BOOKING IS ACCEPTED WITHOUT RETURNING THE GUEST LIST WITH THE REQUIRED DETAILS

    Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guests responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made, we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Don't forget to bring your beach towels.

Reviewer Comments: A fabulous time was had by everyone at our recent stay at SoutholmeHardly used the car and there were lots of walks to the town beach and Main Street.Lovely view to the ocean from the living room tooWould definitely recommend to family and friends.Kids are already asking to go back!

Carpet in living areas from the 80s and house smelt musty on arrival. Kitchen good size but very old. Cupboards difficult to open. A bit on money spent would greatly improve indoors. Very poor water pressure in main bathroom. Great lawned area outside.

It is very central, we walked almost everywhere. It was very clean and well equipped. Our dog had a lovely secure yard.We would highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The larger rooms and 12 foot ceilings leant a feeling of spacious relaxation to this charming old property. Only disappointment was the clogged shower head in the main bathroom which really needs replacing. Plenty of room to relax and well maintained garden area around the whole house.

Reviewer Comments: Fly screens on doors torn flies & mossies easy access,cob webs on all windows & light fittings( photos if needed)washing machine wouldn't finish cycle 1/2 washed clothes,blind in main bedroom on the floor not even fitted,broken sash cords on windows blocks of wood to hold up windows,pots & pans all filthy and some rusty,crockery & cuttlery didn't match basically had to wash everthing before using,dishwasher sum up our stay we felt like we walked into a deceased estate house that had had a quick clean and a couple of things replaced so that they could make a quick buck over summer if it wasn't for the location I would be asking for my money back.
