"Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back."

"The property was dirty, linen, pillows & doona was awful, thin, stained & looked dirty with no top sheet, pillow or mattress protectors, couch was filthy covered in unknown stains, no soap, shampoo or toaster. All the furniture was shabby, worn & dirty. Cobwebs, walls grubby, security on the doors was very average 1 decent push on the back door from the outside & it would have come open, shower curtain was grotty & mouldy, no doormat, outside light not working, rear yard was overgrown, unmowed &...
