Had a few issues on my last day and both were dealt with satisfactorily (room safe not opening, later room key deactivated), the staff never seem to make it a problem and were keen to resolve the issue. "Very clean room and hallways (and surprisingly little noise from neighbouring rooms and their doors. Good bar food but very slow/absent service in evening. Ate breakfast outside of the hotel. Hot room, no air con, only one window could open and this was only March. Think it would be unpleasant in summer."
