Cley Hall Hotel

"My room was a lovely suite with its own kitchen and sofa. I think furniture lay out could be changed so you could watch TV from the sofa rather than just the bed. My TV didn’t work the first night but the staff fixed it the second night, and offered me another room if they couldn’t. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice. Hot food cooked fresh. The hotel is more central than I thought so easy to walk into town along the river or even to the large garden centre. A big downside is my room was in the annex on the ground floor with the car park right outside. I had to keep the curtains closed as cars and people were directly outside my window."

"We had a really lovely stay at Rushton Hall. We arrived to find out that we had received a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was fantastic. All of the staff at the hotel and spa were very helpful and skilled, especially Rebecca at the Spa who led my treatment. Thankyou for such a wonderful stay!"

"The hotel is in an excellent position for the city centre. Staff were friendly and caring park has plenty of spaces. We found the flooring to be loud with creaking and the bathroom could do with a deep clean, also a dripping shower need sto be looked at. Comfy bed and spacious room"

"This was a 1-night stay for work. I would not normally stay in hotels at service areas, but this has pleasantly surprised me. The room (139) was on the ground floor and was spacious. Shower and toilet were separate from the basin, which did not bother me. TV and WiFi was good. Bed was comfortable, pillows could have been firmer (personal choice). Shower was okay. There was a large desk area to work at. Value wise it was great for the money. As it was in the service area there were a large number of choices of places to eat at, as well as food being served in the hotel."
