For example, I had a small technical problem with the TV. A quick explanation from reception and it was fine. They followed up with me shortly after, not by phone to the room. They personally came to my room on the sixth floor. A truely brilliant hotel"

"Checked in for 1 night reception staff lovely friendly, room on 2nd floor which was clean and comfortable but corridor on 2nd floor smell was awful can only describe as being a strange dissenfectant smell, but room was fine.breakfast was ok. Outside walk to goth church and food places all close by."
