This suggests a problem with how the rooms are advertised on your app ir with the company who run the property. We would appreciate some clarification on this point, please."

"If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment."
