"This cabin is very clean and the communication was excellent. This place would be fine for a weekend stay but we had an extended 3 week stay due to moving. It was a challenge with a tiny fridge, no stove or oven and a small kitchen sink. We were aware of this before booking it but our options were limited. It was bery convenient with our dogs and the neighborhood was great, I just dont feel like this is conducive for an extended stay. If we had to stay in Ketchikan again for a day or 2 we would definitely stay here again. "

"Amber and Mike are wonderful host! Very responsive to messages. The home is clean and in an amazing location. Humpback whales traveled past the house as well. It was an amazing stay; we did not want to leave. Advice: Avocados are 2.50 so if you eat as many as we do I suggest you buy some (not ripe) to bring with you. If you need ice go to Fish From Trish (she has great seafood for sale). Visit as many of the local lakes as you can. They are all beautiful and worth the hike. "

"Perfect location for an Alaskan vacation! Seaside Garden House exceeded our expectations in every way...It is better than shown in photos and very spacious for our family of 5 adults. Our hosts were wonderful and had thought of everything we might need. Beautiful location on the waterfront, with easy access to town. We have stayed at many vrbo rentals and this is one of our favorites!"

"We loved the place. Plently of space for our party, Everyone had their own bed & two bathrooms. Only 20 mins from downtown. It is tucked back off the road, a nice place to relax after a day of exploration. We have no complaints & would stay again if make it back. We had a car to move around the island on our own pace, this is also why we chose a place off the beaten path. Loved it, total recommend!"
