"We had a fantastic stay at Rocky Retreat in Estes Park! The location is perfect for walking into town and just steps away from the aerial tram and Fun City—super convenient and no parking hassles. The house itself is adorable, very clean, and well-decorated. It’s stocked with plenty of games, which was a hit, and the hot tub was a perfect treat after a day of hiking. "The house was clean upon arriving; the cleaning crew was still there at 3 and we couldn’t check in until 4. The property was as stated in the listing. The only issue we had was the front door lock was not working properly and after 2 emails we still never heard back from the home owner… We had a great time and will rent it again- maybe this summer."

"Great location to explore Boulder and lots of on-street parking, which helped because we visited on a very busy weekend. The place was not at all spotless (nor was the extra bedding), which begs the question of these hefty cleaning fees. Felt private (no in-person communication with upstairs owners) and we appreciated the laundry. BUT, the huge double fridge in the kitchen hummed ceaselessly, and the stairs to the owner's upstairs home created a sense of feeling like we were just staying in...

"Large home about a 1/2 mile from the main street with restaurants and shops. Lovely back deck. It's the perfect blend of quiet space within walking distance to town. Very clean with lots of cooking dishes/utensils and nice gas grill. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged, but maintenance responded promptly."
