"The property itself was comfortable and suited our needs. However, the neighborhood raised serious concerns. We experienced frequent late-night disturbances and witnessed individuals (drug-abusers) loitering near the property. While unloading our luggage, someone approached us asking to buy drugs, and both of our vehicles were hit by paintball pellets. Overall, the house was fine, but we feel that more transparency about the neighborhood would greatly benefit guests, especially families."
