The plot we booked was clearly what the site describe as a Deluxe plot, however what we were allocated by hoeseasons was a gold plot- no veranda, no grassy patch for the children and a sheer drop out of the patio doors to a wooded gravel area. This is far from what the pictures describe. Feel incredibly frustrated and disappointed to have been issued with a plot that is quite simply not what we booked. "The location of the site was great, short drive into local towns. Stunning views. Our caravan was clean and homely. The reception sorted out the minor problems we came across quickly. Would definitely stay again."

"We spent a wonderful Christmas at a Millhouse Cottage, situated within an attractive small group of cottages. Spacious, spotlessly clean with a wonderful view from the front of the house. Quick to walk/drive to some of Northumberland's glorious beaches, Nice Deli and good butcher in Bambrugh snd a couple of pubs/ restaurants. Co-op a short drive but larger supermarkets further afield in Berwick or Alnwick, After days out it was lovely to come back to log fires and every comfort needed. When we...
