She got mad resolution skills. All the staff was super nice, complementary breakfast from 6AM to 9:30 AM if I’m not mistaken every single choice was great quality, proper heat and the accommodations are just lovely. Cozy and clean rooms equipped to ensure comfort, privacy, rest, and wake up refreshed. Laundry room was a plus!! Thank you for being so nice! Just FYI: the jacuzzi in the pool area need some cleaning, maintenance and the jets are not working. "
