"We have stayed here 4 times for overnight stops. Everything is lovely and clean, staff, for the most part are pleasant and professional - I say for the most part - on our latest visit, we ordered a wine spritzer and specified soda, not lemonade and a half pint of pepsi. "The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower was small but mighty! All members of staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a very tasty and filling breakfast in the morning. Check-in and check-out were all completed via a text message. Very easy and convenient. A thumbs up all round. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area. "Not open to residents with restraint facilities on Sundays"

"Location is excellent next to the river especially for a walk before breakfast . Great view from rooms in the annex . Portable fan in hot weather . Very comfortable country house style . Hearty breakfasts."

"Lovely apartment with great location to worcester race course. My only issue would be parking we couldn’t get any of the links to load and parking on the streets are permit only. Eventually loaded the links for parking and parked in the pub next door brought a drink and put my reg in the pub. Hopefully we wont get a fine. "
