"I enjoyed my stay overall—the hotel was clean, well‑maintained, valet services were good and housekeeping was excellent. Any time we needed something, they arrived within minutes, which I really appreciated. For a well-known property, I did expect complimentary water bottles at check‑in for all guests. The restaurant and bar closing at 9 PM also felt unusually early, especially for a hotel that has a casino. Extended hours would make a big difference. The property has one indoor pool, which was nice, but for such a large hotel in the mountains, I expected additional amenities like a jacuzzi or hot tub. A good stay with standout housekeeping, but a few improvements would elevate the overall experience."

"I was there for training. Staff was very pleasant and helpful at check-in. Room was very clean. I did have a room with a balcony, there were some large spider webs on the porch that should have been removed. Food was very good. Overall, a very good experience and staff was very nice at check-out."

Creek Front Mountain Cabin with Jacuzzi.

"Very clean, beautiful property and creek. The creek is great for older kids to play in. The hot tub is really nice. Well accommodated kitchen, nice grill with propane, hard wood firewood for fire pit. Really great place."

"View, lake view Balcony Staff were very polite and attentive Even tho facility is somewhat dated, rooms were clean and well maintained Negative to room was damp smell . Needed air freshener or dehumidifier on rotation when room not occupied. Breakfast could be improved upon. Perhaps Ability to make a waffle ; better variety of fresh fruit ( seasonal) We would stay again at this facility"

"Great location; within 30-45 minutes to locations we wanted to visit. Nice cabin. Stairs to master bedroom somewhat difficult for this senior (recent knee surgery), but balcony off master bedroom was very enjoyable. Beds comfortable. Did not catch any fish, but creek was nice to listen to in evening, watching the fireflies. Overall, a great time."

"SO serene and peaceful!!! An amazing view for sure, but everything about the actual place was great, it was immaculate, there was a full-sized fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker - and they even had plenty of coffee pods to choose from along with creamer and sugar. The bed was comfortable, all of the lights worked, and it was very quaint inside. Eric was quick to answer any and all questions courteously. Will definitely go back next time we are up that way!"

"We did not interact with staff because of our late arrival, early departure, and long stays at the hospital. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Our only displeasure was being right underneath (apparently) a stage that had live music when we were trying to sleep between hospital visits. There was no notice to us that would be happening and nothing that could be done - but to endure. In fairness - the music was pretty good, but we needed sleep so much more. 😌"
