"This place was not fancy, but it was clean, welcoming, comfortable and convenient. We needed a roomy apartment where out of town family could convene to spend time with our new grand daughter--without invading the new parents. This was a great "hub" that allowed for everyone to visit as if we live locally."

"When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again."

"Clean and neat apartment close to many restaurants and shops. Chris was kind and responded to my questions through messages. Towels were provided, all the supplies needed in the house were provided by Chris. We loved the stay and will definitely come back. "Where we stayed was very nice. We stayed there to visit New York City. It was 15 minutes to the tram to get to New York. The host was great. He checked on us. Everything in the home was clean. Everything was stocked. Well we had no problems no situations comfortable beds I would stay there again absolutely"

"While the property met my needs, I was in town for a funeral so I was barely there. However, upon returning home, I learned that a claim was filed for stolen towels and soiled duvet. I am livid that a “fraudulent” claim was made for items that were “definitely” not taken and a duvet that could not have possibly been soiled because it was not placed on the bed at all during my stay.
