"This space was at the perfect location for access to the beach. The private beaches are beneficial during the busy season, since the public beach is right next to the property. The beach views are visible from the master overlooking the house behind you on the balcony. This location offered a peaceful cozy stay without all of the crowds on the main strip. "Great property, easy walk to the beach. House was cleaned, had towels, toys for the pool, and most convenient a push cart to take items to and from the beach. They even has beach chairs for us to use. We vacation to Pensacola every year, and this was the Best house, and property we have ever stayed at. In addition, we had a small issue with the A/c one afternoon. And it was fixed within an hour or so. The owner was great to deal with, and truely cared about our experience! 5 Stars!"
