I have been traveling for 7 weeks and have stayed in 14+ hotels in N.Z. and OZ. None of them have made a greater effort to make me comfortable than City Heart, admittedly a modest, affordable 16 room place in Warrnambool. The bed was super comfortable, when you turned on the hot water, you got hot water and β€”β€” wait for it β€”β€” the T.P. was actually soft, almost plush!

I can’t complement this accommodation enough. Please don’t hesitate to arrange your stay here. Either overnight or for longer. Very comfortable.
