Great place to stay in Warrnambool in a super location close to the train station and shops and restaurants. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Staff were friendly and the check in (and check out) was very easy.

Parking is tight and inadequate spaces for the number of rooms. Bins in direct line of sight from our door. Signs of black mould in the bathroom. No exhaust fan. Freezer door was broken. Light in coffee making area not working. The chap at the front desk was very friendly and efficient.

Comfort Inn Western,Warrnambool was a suitable overnight stay after a day out at Port Campbell. It was close to many dining options. Dinner was a 5 minute walk to Liebig St and breakfast was just around the corner (a one minute walk!).

Great location- proximity to the railway station is very good. Staff were super helpful as I had booked the wrong date but they had capacity to accommodate us and alter our booking without charge. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
