Not so good

The apartment did not have air conditioning, even though it was promised in the booking. It was extremely hot, and we had to keep the windows open, which led to terrible traffic noise! The apartment was also more worn and dirtier than shown in the pictures! It was not as good as they imply. They also did not respond to the feedback given! The apartment was in a great location, and the views were stunning. Check-in was smooth even late in the evening.

Found that it didn’t look like the photos and was much smaller but as I was only there for 3 nights this wasn’t a massive issue. The pillows were feather pillows which I’m highly allergic to so would’ve liked to have this mentioned in the listing so I could’ve made alternative plans.

Heruntergekommenes Appartement. Unangenehmer Geruch. Nahezu jedes Möbel beschädigt. Lattenrost vom Bett gebrochen. Steckdose hing lose an der Wand und gab einen Schlag bei jedem Ein- und Ausstecken. Duschvorhang verschmiert mit Seifenresten und Schaum vom vorherigen Gast. Die Lage ist allerdings sehr zentral und praktisch.

Lo mejor de la propiedad es la ubicación y la vista abriendo la puerta del departamento. Es impresionante. Ver, el Skyline de Varsovia. La propiedad está bien. En general la TV nunca funcionó y las cortinas una está sobrepuestas y se cae fácilmente Reporté ambas cosas al propietario por mensaje, pero nunca obtuve respuesta Creo que le podrían invertir un poquito más a la propiedad y tendría 10 de calificación, pero por lo que yo lo ocupé, me agradó mucho y probablemente volvería .

흔하지 않은 만족.

시설도 깨끗하고 위치도 좋으며 우리집 같은 공간으로 만족했으나 살짝 아쉬운건 주방도구들 중 전기 포트는 교체해야 할듯. 그리고 방이나 화장실 문에서 소움이 나서 조심스러웠음. 그러나 전반적으로 만족했고 즐거운 공간 이었다.

Bagno piccolo, puzzava di fogna e senza ventola. Letto altrettanto piccolo se si è in due: è una piazza e mezza e il piumino bastava per una persona. Appartamento spazioso tutto sommato e molto caldo. Non c’è reception ma neanche comunicazione efficiente con il proprietario in quanto ci sono stati forniti asciugamani ma non tappetino della doccia e a seguito di una richiesta di asciugamano in più da utilizzare come tappetino, la struttura ci ha detto che lo avrebbe fornito il giorno successivo ma così non è stato. Non c’è possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out per vedere meglio la città o prima del check in.

Prime location!

Very convenient location! Apartments differ depending on price although all of them are very well equipped. I would recommend it to everyone. *TIP: Check instructions for check-in otherwise you will be confused. When entering the building (entrance behind the McD) just ask at the reception for Bon Apartments 😊

the property was very central, situated in the centre of warsaw, (ideal for all local transport) the property was warm, and secure (6th floor), it was clean and well set out, it could do with a refurb as a couple of the electrical sockets were loose and the shower was in need of replacing as it could not be locked off.
