Top Warsaw Hotel Reviews

Polonia Palace Hotel

Polonia Palace Hotel

8/10 Good
"Positives: Hotel was nice. Continently located next to Centralna train station and Centrum metro station. Water bottles were replenished daily which was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Negatives: room was not ready at check-in time of 3pm. When asked no timeline was given as to when our room would be ready. Staff seemed indifferent and rude to the fact that we had to wait. Staff could not speak any other language other than polish and attempts to communicate were frustrating. When we were finally given a room, the room, the room was still not ready. Staff had to come in to clean and prepare it while we were in there."
