"Friendly & helpful staff. The room however was hot & stuffy. Opening the window was not a good option since there was a lot of noise from traffic. Using the air conditioning was also not a good option due to it being so noisy - sounded like a fish tank and then would change to a loud hum which was super annoying. Didn’t have a restful sleep as a result. "
