I have booked this hotel but this was never existing property no stuff no rooms only payment made by me. I am gold memebrr of hotels.com and now leaving this membership just because of this huge FRAUD which i had never expected in this modern world. Same night i booked another hotel IBIS Warsaw which is best. Anyhow i need my money back from other hotel otherwise i will internet publicity against hotels.com

Cool, but…

Overall ok, amazing cleaning/breakfast lady, terrible organisation from the hotel reception for the check in. We were looking around, couldn’t find where to check in, we didn’t get the code until we actually called to ask it. The place is quirky and comfy though, completely different than everything I’ve ever saw.

The strangest place I've ever stayed...

This place is up four floors, on a very small, awkward lift, quite old fashioned. The access was simple with the emailed instructions though. When I got inside, the room was very very odd. Dentist themed, complete with a dentist chair in the room. The light switches were in strange places, and the rooms weren't very quiet. Plenty of plugs though. Just a very strange vibe there. Quite handy to walk from the airport bus though, and easy enough to get to amenities.

L'assistenza é stata carina il primo giorno a dare la disponibilitá del checkin alle 21:30 nonostante fosse scritto fino alle 20. Nella camera peró in 4 giorni non sono mai stati effettuate le pulizie ne il cambio asciugamani, neanche dietro mia esplicita richiesta. Sulla pagina delle informazioni non specificano che le pulizie (dovrebbero) effettuarle ogni 3 giorni. La colazione é davvero ridotta all'osso. Utile perche vicino al centro.

Me gusto la limpieza,la estética de la habitacion y la ubicación. No me gusto:No poder contactar con el alojamiento desde el dia anterior a la entrada,gracias que una persona me abrió y dejó entrar y justo en la planta estaba la chica de la limpieza haciendo las habitaciones y fue ella la que me lo soluciono,No tener personal de recepción y la luz que entra por las ventanas cuando amanece,los sistemas cde cortinillas son insuficiente.

I had a horrible experience with this hotel. I booked over a month in advance and repeatedly confirmed my arrival, including the day before, but I never received any response. On the day of arrival, I was left stranded at the airport without the access code, despite being told it would be sent 24 hours prior. I tried to contact them all morning, but their emails were invalid. Because of their lack of communication, I had to book another hotel last minute, wasting money and ruining my holiday. They refused to issue a refund. Highly disappointed and do not recommend. they are fraud

Realmente no es un hotel es un piso que tomo las habitaciones y las adapto, esto no quiere decir que esté mal, la habitaciones son amplias y bonitas, el baño está bien y en general es bueno, el desayuno variado y rico. Tuve un problema con las indicaciones para abril la puerta y acceder al Lotfhotel pues para mi las indicaciones no fueron claras. Sin embargo quizás volvería, aunque prefiero una recepción de 24 horas y un hotel a otro tipo de concepto

Kul inredning i trevlig miljö. Dock var det ganska smutsigt. Alla rum är olika, vi hade tur och fick ett stort och rymligt rum. Roliga inredningsdetaljer gör vistelsen till något annorlunda.
