"Check in and check out was very easy. We had our adult children and their families for a family reunion in Janesville. The house was perfect, plenty of room, where we could be together, but not crowded!! The house is set up so if you want to get away from the chaos you can, and the bags, pool table, large tv. All the kids said it was perfect! My grandson said, I love this house, but I really love all the people in it!! Thanks for the memories! You have thought of everything, very well done. We have rented a lot of houses, all over the country, this was the best!!"
"This is an awesome place! If you just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities (which are also very close if needed) this would be it. Place was clean and very well deocated. Had everything you would need. Shannon was very friendly and accommodating. Dogs were also very friendly! We only stayed one night but it is definitely something I would do again! "
"The food was good. Everyone was very helpful if we needed anything. The only thing that we didn't care for was the bridge construction, which was not your fault. "
The Rest on the River - projector - fire pit - sunroom - contractors welcome
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful property for a large family. We had 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and have privacy. The view of the river was beautiful and we even did some fishing off the bank. The location is very private with only one neighbor. It was very hot weather during our stay but the additional a/c units kept it sufficiently cool. The projector room was a huge hit with the teens. The shared living room space was cozy.Plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking large meals. The washer and dryer held large loads so we were able to keep up. The location is perfect access to get on major roads to get to different areas in Cedar Falls and Waterloo.Host answered any and all questions very quickly and was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we needed something in the area!"
"I was in town for a funeral and only stayed one night, but I enjoyed the quiet of the night. The bed was very comfortable. It was close to everything I needed."
