"One bartender / server for a packed restaurant. Mini Shower in the room sprayed water literally everywhere. Hair dryer did not work. Front desk does not answer their phone. Ever. Not very helpful staff"

"Clean, efficient, easy check-in. Great for airport overnight, lovely bakery a block away, Coop a block away and Migros nearby. Easy affordable transport to Zurich Flughafen. Close to train station for 15 min ride to Zurich HB. Would definitely stay again. "

"The location to the airport was nice and convenient. While there wasn't much, if anything, to do arond the immediate area, the metro stop is right outside which makes transport to the city center very accessible. When booking I was under the impression the room had one bunk bed and one seperate bed, however, this proved to be wrong. While this was true, it was still a very nice stay and would definitely book this property again. They were able to hold our bags after check out as well so we did not have to pay for a locker at ZRH."
