This room also has an exit leading to a balcony. Additionally, the apartment has two bedrooms: one room of 14 square meters with a double bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), and another room of 12 square meters with another double bed of the same size (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), both with exits to the balcony.
