" I went there with relatively low expectations other than clean sheets. I was pleased with the room, in general. The bed was lumpy, higher in the middle, lower on the sides. There was a fat pillow & a thin pillow for choice. Not very comfortable for sleeping but clean. When I sat down at the desk, the seat of the chair was hardly there; it was missing the base, the frame was there, so I took one of the decor pillows & put it on the chair-problem fixed. "Two of the staff at Sonesta Suites provided excellent service. AGM, Wagner, addressed a problem immediately and sent a repairman. He contacted me personally to resolve an issue and by doing so, provided outstanding service. He was professional, friendly and efficient! The breakfast hostess, Maria, also provided excellent service by going out of her way to prepare waffles for the children when it was not waffle day. She was friendly, kind. AGM, Wagner, and Maria both provided outstanding service! Thank you both."
