The location is very convenient with the bus stop right in front and in walking distance to the Glass Beach and Dockyard. "This is a clean, well-run resort. I would definitely return. The front desk staff, Sienna in particular, was very friendly and helpful. We had questions about getting around on the bus and they gave us great information. Our room was very spacious and clean. It included a safe and mini fridge and we loved the sliding doors to a patio overlooking the ocean. I would have liked a towel ring on the bathroom wall next to the sink to dry hands but not a huge deal. It's quite hilly and has lots of stairs, but the staff will bring your bags to your room when you check in and will bring them out for you upon check-out. There are always taxis available at the main entrance but there's a bus stop at the bottom of the drive. We stayed five nights and bought a three-day bus pass and it was absolutely worth it, much cheaper than taxis. The bus system is easy to use and the drivers are very helpful. The resort has a beautiful beach, pool, and hot tub. The Natura spa is a must!! We did a couples massage and the setting is magnificent! A peaceful underground grotto! We bought the breakfast-only meal plan because we like to have a big breakfast then explore the island for the day. It was $30 per person per day but worth it and has a great variety of options. The resort is a short walk from the Crystal Caves (a must see), the Swizzle Inn, and Bailey's ice cream shop. I highly recommend!!"
