"We stayed March 8–10 and had a fantastic experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Everything felt organized and thoughtfully prepared, which immediately made the stay relaxing.The welcome snacks were a great touch and a nice surprise after arriving. Small details like that really make a place stand out and show that the host cares about their guests’ experience.Communication with the host was excellent the entire time. They were very responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth from booking through checkout. It’s always nice staying somewhere where you know the host is attentive and available if needed.Overall, this was a great stay and exactly what we were hoping for. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great host."

"The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. The unit looked out on a parking lot and big light and the curtains did not extend below the window sill and the light shined in the room at all hours. The plug in the bathroom sink did not work and the shower had about a 50% spray out of a corroded showered and it was challenging to find a temperature between cold and too hot. With some work these issues could be resolved and the unit more attractive. The host offered to have these issues fixed but I did not want so many interruptions while I was there. overall, he did not respond consistently or immediately to my concerns. "
