"Nice location and we enjoyed the pool. We saw them replacing the waterslide water and checking the ph level of the water. Also, water park staff supervised which is a plus. The rooms were a little musty smelling and the carpet needs replacing as it is showing its age, but clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Very busy weekend so some areas were a little messy at times as staff was working hard to keep up with all the guests. Parking loading zone at front of hotel was blocked by work trucks when we got there which was annoying after a long day of travel. Would stay again."

"If you want street lights in your face while you sleep this is perfect for you. The blinds are see through with no curtains so there’s no privacy either."

"Staff were very helpful and easy to deal,with , parking is very limited and they need to keep the sidewalks clear of ice ,it was not easy accessing the parking lot safely especially in front of the entrance as it was not cleared or de iced."

"The parking is good the area is closer to the downtown. Staff is very friendly the only problem my kids dont like the pool because is so dirty it. The restaurant and bar have an amazing staff."

"There was blood found on our bed sheets. Wasn’t ours. Manager of house keeping was awesome to deal with but that’s disgusting. Was offered 50% off another stay, seemed like nothing for having my niece sleep on a bed with someone else’s blood on the sheets. (It wasn’t on the top sheet, during her sleep her blankets moved and it was on the side of the fitted sheet. They didn’t change the sheets!"
