"We asked for an extra blanket and was told there were no extras. Our hot water faucet in the room did not work and it took two hours for them to repair instead of moving us to a different room at 9:00 at night. We requested a handicap room for my husband because he cannot step in and out of a tub. We were told they did not have rooms with walk,showers and the toilet was not ADA compliant. The shower had big globs of hair on the wall. Also no local channels on the TV for weather or local news. Furniture was beat up and broken. Only an office chair to sit in. We will not be returning to this facility again. The night manager was cold and indifferent to our concerns and requests."

"While I hadn’t used the shower I notice they it was dirty. I heard a sound that I would describe as a water backing up. So I believe this is how the tub got dirty Should be looked into. There was a hole in the window bottom left corner. Didn’t call any problems just that I don’t think it should be note."

"More than $500for two nights that’s not worth it, the first night someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night, I can hear people walking upstairs. No hot breakfast, just bagels and boiled eggs., and the most important to me is there is no glass or cup in the room, only soft plastic cups."

"Area was good with many places to eat nearby however the furnishing in the room was very worn out. They only cleaned our room once in our 3 day stay and that one time it was done partially. They didn’t make the bed, did take used towels but didn’t replace them. Breakfast was very poor and limited but every staff person was super friendly and helpful. "
