"I always check hotel rooms for bed bugs. I pulled the mattress out and there was stuff behind and dirt and food all around the bed. I couldnt tell if they were bed bugs. I asked to switch rooms and the guy was nice and switched my rooms. I went to the next room and pulled out the mattress and there was dirt under there but nothing that could be bed bugs that I saw. There was a vibrator under the bed. The shower and shower head were dirty. There were tiles that were not attached to the wall that were leaning against the wall on the bottom of the wall. The one comforter was stained. I didnt ask to change again because we exhausted from driving so long. I told the desk associate the next day. She was nice. She just said sorry, but didnt offer any refund."
