When I got the room that I had booked (keep in mind, I booked non smoking) it smelled like someone had just got done smoking in there. I went up immediately to the front desk and mentioned this to the person, which was kind and explained that all are smoke free. But, I have a health condition where I cannot be around cigarette smoke, so she was kind enough to allow me to have a different room, which was better because it didn’t smell like smoke. The room was nice but there was hairs everywhere, the toilet had urine on it, things like that in which were not clean. I liked the breakfast, it was pretty good. But overall, I’m not sure that I would book again at this hotel. Not sure what was going on, but definitely wished it was cleaned. They also had me do a $15 deposit to “see if my card was working” apparently for if there was ever damages to the hotel room. There clearly was not and I have pics to prove how I left the room, but they still have yet to refund me the $15 that they explained they would refund me.

I didn't use the exercise room or pool. The staff was great. The entire place was well maintained. The only reason for the 4 star overall rating was the TV had an odd problem. If I return to Washington Missouri I will stay with them.

Room and hotel are nice and clean. Seems to be renovated in the last few years. Breakfast are is nice and pool area is pretty hotel standard. Our only issue was with the beds. They were very very firm. My husband and I both tossed and turned all night because of how uncomfortable they are.

This hotel was well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was great with quite a few options for a continental breakfast. The pool area was very clean and stocked with towels (hard to find at most hotels!). The bathroom was a great size and the shower had good water pressure. We would definitely stay here again.
