Full Kitchen: Cook like home with a range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, plus cookware and utensils ready for you to use.
Full Bathroom – Bright and modern with a walk-in shower, complete with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer for your convenience.
In-Unit Full Size Washer & Dryer: Perfect for longer stays or freshening up mid-trip.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay. The apartment sits fully detached above our garage, not a basement or shared space.
Access is easy through your own private entrance via the alley or through our shared yard.

Guest Access & Interaction
Guests have full access to the entire ADU. You’ll enter through your private door using a personalized key code. The host (that’s us!) lives in the detached main house on the property, so we’re nearby if you need anything — but we completely respect your privacy.
Check-in and check-out are simple, and we’re happy to offer flexible times when possible.
