This is our second time saying with a Red Sands property in the Coral Ridge complex. We had a great time! Our two young kids really enjoyed their space in the upstair bunk room with their own restroom and living room. The house was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Southwest Utah/St. George area

The accommodations where we stayed at were awesome. Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Property mgmt was very easy to acess and very pleasant to work with. Their communication with us was "spot-on"!! Should we come back to this area, we would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for making our stay an excellent one.

A great stay

The home was very clean, had all the basic necessities, & the neighborhood was in the perfect location. A short 10 minutes from Sand Hollow, the pools were great, & the hot tub on the patio was a huge hit. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home close to lots of recreation opportunities

Our family stayed here for Spring Break. While the weather wasn't very cooperative, this home was perfect for our needs. The property was clean and comfortable, there were lots of extras to keep a group with varying ages and interests entertained.

Shirt trip for Spring Break

The property was practically prefect for my family of 5. The house was clean. We Loved the hot tub. The property was described accurately. The ping pong table was great to have as an extra. I would have liked to stay closer to St George but a 15min wasnt far from restaurants. It was very easy & quick to communicate with the property managers.

Great layout in a great location for a great value

We loved the layout of this property for the family as we were able to spread out and enjoy different areas of the home. The Xbox was a great addition as were the ping table, hot tub, and the scooters. The bike was also nice, but it needed air in the tires, so we were unable to use it. Not a huge deal since it was a nice extra that you don't normally get anyway. The location is very convenient to two entrances of Zion (Springdale and Kolob) and to many other areas within a 2 hour drive such as Las Vegas and Bryce Canyon. The cookies that were given to us were a nice touch and were amazing. In fact we stopped by the cookie store twice. There more than enough towels and wash cloths, pots, pans, silverware, etc. The garbage bags and paper towels could use an upgrade. The garbage bags don't fit in the trash can and rip super easy. Again not a huge deal to impact a rating given everything else was so nice. The tip to go to Glitter Mountain was a nice addition for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and the park with the pond at the entrance was great. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!
