We got to the hotel past 3PM but front desk said our room was not ready yet. We waited for an hour to get checked in. The pool was fun for the kids but there were no towels! You have to go to the front desk to ask for some towels. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was not a one time thing. ...

The rental was well maintained and very spacious. We travelled with four families (8 adults and 7 small children), the layout was perfect for us. All of the families agreed we would stay here again!
