Unique boutique hotel very conveniently located on a beautiful residential street just one block from large variety of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Short walk to DuPont Circle and Embassy Row. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff and coffee available in the lobby day and night. Note: when making reservations ensure you choose a room with private bath (in your room). We loved it and will definitely stay here on repeat visits to our nation’s capital.

Pretty good deal for the location. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The main issue I would identify was that there is no key required to enter the building but also hardly anyone ever working the front desk, so the security is not great. I called the front desk and a completely random person who didn’t work there picked up the phone, which was bizarre and scary because I had given our room number.

It feels like you are staying in a large brownstone. Very clean and good vibes. Very quiet. No dining or snacks available. A great place to stay if you don't need much but a place to sleep. In walking distance to alot of things.
