I had an excellent 2-night stay at this hotel in Washington. I was very satisfied with my experience. The location was perfect, making it easy to get to the main attractions. The hotel was spotless, and the cleanliness was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The staff were really responsive even after hours, and the location is fantastic, right on Embassy Row and between Dupont and Logan Circle. The room was truly no-frills and on the smaller side, but the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again for quick trips.

I like the clean and crisp sheets best! I only use the room for the night, so didn't have much interaction with the staff. The housekeeping ladies are great. Location is good and convenient.

Smells bad when we arrived, there is no remote for the tv and the room looks dirty, they didn’t clean the coffee machine… customer service was okay when I texted. But there’s no way to really call the front desk. So when you need help expect to go downstairs. We complained about the tv not working and nothing was offered to us for this. The water in the shower took forever to get hot. I would have to run the shower for 10-15 min before the water got hot. Bed was comfortable and clean.

This is a modest and inexpensive hotel, but it's well-run, very clean, in a fine, central, but safe location, and the staff are courteous, helpful, and responsive to requests. I saved a lot of money by staying there for four days and left content. One suggestion: the hotel is one block from a row of shops and restaurants on 17th Street that do good breakfasts. I especially recommend Prego that does a world-class BLT. The hotel should list & advertise them.

The pre—check-in process was relatively smooth, however, because it is not a staffed hotel, if you have any questions, you are on your own, and the response time after hours is not great. I got in after a long day of travel and work and just wanted to go to sleep, however, as soon as I lay down on my bed, I realized that the frame underneath the bed was broken so half of the bed was unusable. Because of the late hour, and I need to get up and leave early, there was nothing I could do about it, and no one there to help or transfer me to another room. Because I had another long day coming up, I wasn’t able to rectify the situation on the second night either. The cleaning staff must have noticed, or likely caused it, as the break is exactly where the weight would be when someone was reaching over to make the bed. Well, I appreciated the cheap stay in the city, I really would’ve liked two full nights of sleep on a proper bed
