From check in to check out the staff was friendly. I appreciated the free coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning. Overall, I found the property to be pretty clean and well maintained (appreciated the decor in the lobby). There is a restaurant on site (we didn’t eat there) and restaurants nearby. Also super close to the metro and some street parking. The overnight parking is reasonably priced ($24 a night), garage is super tight!

We checked in and told the front desk that we have a car. He said that we would just need to scan our keycard to enter the parking garage. Well it did not work! We only really stayed in the hotel from 6pm to 7am. When we showered in the morning, as I was about to use the towel, there was a big stain. I pulled another towel and it was there was a stain too. We brought it to the front desk attention and she said, OH! We were instructed to use our keycard to exit the garage. When we left the parking garage. Our keycard did not work again. Somebody had to come and open the gate for us, while other customers wait behind us u till a staff member comes down.
